Our recently released Joss Stone music video The Love We Had (Stays On My Mind) has received an incredible reception, in terms of both viewing figures and audience appreciation alike. The video, which was released on Vevo on the 24th of July 2013, within the period of a week has managed to gain over 400,000 viewers and 11,000 likes on that site alone.

It is set to become the musician’s most successful video of all time, and has been lauded in the press as being a beautiful and dazzling creation. The video has been featured in many hugely popular news and entertainment publications, such as The Telegraph, The Daily Mail, OK Magazine and many more, all proclaiming that the video is “gorgeous” and “visually stunning.”

In particular the concept of rain falling inside an apartment and destroying a Joss’ possessions has been praised, with the website EGL stating that “the rain paints a perfect picture for the message behind the track,” which highlights just how well the video compliments and visually enhances the song.

The song has definitely been appreciated by its audience, many of whom have commented below the video that it has left tears in their eyes, and that it illustrates the emotional heartbreak that the song conveys.
