We are delighted to announce that we have created a fun and effective animated video for ISEB. ISEB are The Independent Schools Examinations Board who provide examinations and assessments for pupils seeking entry to independent senior schools at 11+ and 13+. These include the Common Pre-Tests, Common Entrance and Common Academic Scholarship examinations.

ISEB is probably best known for producing the Common Entrance examinations which boys and girls sit to gain entry to some of the best independent schools in the UK and overseas. The examinations are set by highly qualified and experienced teachers from the country’s leading schools and are widely regarded as the gold standard for assessment at 11+ and 13+.

In recent years, the Board has added considerably to the range of assessments it offers. In particular, the online and adaptive Common Pre-Tests have transformed the selection process for many pupils. Tiered papers and scholarship examinations are also available in a wide range of subjects, together with new online, auto-marked assessments in Mandarin Chinese, which can be taken at any age.

ISEB contacted LoveLove Films and we were tasked with creating an animation that reflected and succinctly detailed their available services. The video LoveLove Films has created for ISEB effectively highlights the many services ISEB has ?to offer. The video showcases ISEB’s USPs (unique selling points), e.g. ‘The examinations are set by highly qualified and experienced teachers from the country’s leading schools’ and how ‘in recent years, the Board has added considerably to the range of assessments it offers’. The video balances artistic visuals with a clear and poignant message about the highly innovative approach ISEB take to common entrance examinations.

‘We approached LoveLove Films to create an animation for us with quite a tight timescale. As this was our first venture into the world of animation, we needed some guidance and examples. LoveLove were supportive throughout the whole journey, from the introductory meeting over coffee to discuss our requirements, then sending examples of animations and voice-overs for us to consider, right through to the final sign off. They were able to adapt the animation to meet our budget and were flexible when we wanted to make changes. Throughout the whole process we had regular and swift responses to our queries and feedback.
