HSBC helping businesses grow – Ambitious Business Strategy Forum

HSBC’s South’s Ambitious Business Strategy Forum took place last week at C4L, aiming to provide aid to small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) around the UK. More than three quarters (76%) of SMEs are actively planning for growth over the next year, and HSBC intends to support ambitious Business growth.

Leading forecasters have predicted the highest GDP growth this year since 2007. Due to this, HSBC believes it necessary to help ambitious businesses take advantage of this favourable moment in the economy.

One half of businesses consider that 2014 has marked a turning point for the economy after five difficult years, with two thirds of business leaders expressing confidence in the current economic climate. Thanks to this positive outlook, HSBC decided to organise a forum meant for these ambitious businesses to share their experiences and predicted forecast for the upcoming years.
