We’ve had a busy couple of months here at LoveLove Films, and we have a host of fantastic projects in production that will be released in the coming weeks and months. The Lost Sole – Short animated film

We were commissioned by local Dorset-based author Clive M Jenns to create an animated film based on his short story The Lost Sole, an enchanting tale of a characterful shoe separated from its partner on the beach and swept away to sea by the tide.

Clive, who is based locally in Southbourne, visited the LoveLove studios earlier this year to discuss his short story The Lost Sole with the team, with the potential to turn his dream into a reality by creating an animated film of his story.

At the discovery meeting, we read out The Lost Sole short story in full. The story had the LoveLove team in hysterics and we all saw Clive’s passion as well as the potential the animated film would have.

We are currently at the sound mixing stage of the film and are really excited about it!

easyJet: Inside the Cockpit – TV Graphics

LoveLove Films are proud to have created the title and transitions graphics for the upcoming ITN documentary ‘easyJet: Inside the Cockpit (w/t)’ for ITV. The 3×60 minute series follows easyJet’s pilots-to-be as they take off for the very first time, observing the future flyers of one of Britain’s largest airlines as they are trained up and take on the challenges of the modern-day commercial pilot.

Highcliffe Castle – Animated archive historical video

LoveLove Films were commissioned by Highcliffe Castle to create a stunning animated archive video that could be used online and inside the castle to give guests an insight into the history of the castle.

Described as arguably the most important surviving house of the Romantic and Picturesque style of architecture, Highcliffe Castle has a rich history that is covered in the video.

The team animated Highcliffe Castle’s archive images using a technique called Parallax that brings the archive images to life in an immersive way.

Animated TV commercial for well-known car dealership

We are thrilled to be creating an animated TV commercial for a well-known car dealership. The advert incorporates a stunning character led animation with a humorous script.
