The Brief
LoveLove Films were approached by Courtney Thorne, the UK’s Number One specialist manufacturer of Wireless Nurse Call Systems and Nurse Call Alarms, to produce an animation that would showcase how the innovative nurse call system makes care home manager’s lives easier, and the residents of the care homes lives safer and happier.
The friendly and caring video was to incorporate quirky animated characters demonstrating a day in a care home manager’s life – the issues they face such as lack of time, multiple-responsibilities and pressures from different people such as CQC, residents, their relatives, home owners and staff.
Within the animation, Courtney Thorne wanted us to pinpoint the features that make the system so unique, such as that it is wireless, has wearable technology, wireless assistive technology and remote cloud nurse call reporting.
The Process
Courtney Thorne wanted to show a friendlier and more fun side to the organisations branding. From this, our animation department developed a clean 2D style with fun characters and popping colours that paired well with the script which has hints of humour in there to create a compelling and caring animation. The animation was written in such a way that we could create cut downs from the main 3 features which could then be uploaded to Courtney Thorne’s social too.
The Result
LoveLove Films worked very closely with Courtney Thorne to creative an informative but fun and friendly explainer video for their website. Courtney Thorne were thrilled with the animation and have uploaded it onto their page.
