Voted one of Business Insider magazines 42 under 42 Entrepreneurs and Businesses Leaders that should be on your Radar 2017. Georgina is the founder and Managing Director of LoveLove Films. As a producer she has worked on an array of award-winning content and has worked with large multinational brands, organisations and agencies across the globe. The content Georgina has produced with LoveLove Films has been shown across a variety of platforms such as Channel 4, BBC Films, ITV and Sky. Throughout her career, Georgina has won a multitude of awards and in 2017 alone Georgina won the Venus Award for Entrepreneur of the Year and Women in Business’ Business Owner of the Year award. Aside from running LoveLove Films, Georgina is also an RTS Southern judge and is a fan of spinning and eating cake (often at the same time).


Sunny is our lead animator and one of our greatest contributors at LoveLove Films. Sunny has a wealth of experience developing our key and distinctive animation styles which can be seen in our innovative online videos for TeamJobs and Linsar which utilise 3D animation and modelling. In addition, Sunny has a high level of expertise regarding animation for TV advertising, creating visually stunning animation for clients such as Creditplus and PSP Southampton Boat Show and ensuring that all technical specifications for broadcast are met.


Oliver graduated from Bournemouth University in 2016 with a BA (Hons) in Scriptwriting. He is a keen storyteller with artistic flair and most importantly, a passion for writing. He has written for a variety of different formats, such as: screenplays, stage-plays, short stories, sketches, radio plays, adverts, blog posts and a weekly, well-thought-out shopping list. Oh, and he also once wrote a musical – he likes to mention that a lot.


JoAnne graduated from the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham, Surrey in 2015 with a BA (Hons) in Animation. She has always had a passion for animation and drawing, and as a child would spend hours pausing films and tracing frames with clingfilm on the TV set.  Her style is 2D traditional and digital animation and her preferred software suites are Photoshop, After Effects and TVPaint. JoAnne also has a great knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Audition.


Shannon joined the LoveLove Films' team as a Production Coordinator full time in 2018, after working with us for two years as a Production Assistant. Shannon graduated from Bournemouth University with a BA (Hons) in Scriptwriting, before going on to a Master's degree in Producing for Film and Television. In 2017, Shannon was a finalist for Rock Recruitment's "Student Star of the Year".

Junior Animator

Joe is a Junior Animator who joined the LoveLove team shortly after graduating from Bournemouth University with a first class honors degree in Media Production, and his graduate film is currently being entered into multiple film festivals. Joe has always been a creative soul and thoroughly enjoys making many forms of media, but it was during his studies at Bournemouth University that he acquired a real passion for computer animation.


Dominic is a videographer and editor with a wealth of experience in corporate media, documentary and music videos. Working with such clients as Leeds festival, EE and Carphone Warehouse he has also directed music videos for Gabby Young and Other Animals and the Classic Brit-Award winning, Blake. His first short documentary, 'Fit For Release: Sport in HMS/YOI Portland' was screened at the V&A museum as part of the opening week of the London Olympics and he also enjoyed festival time overseas with his production, 'Triumph', winning an award at the Best Shorts Competition in La Jolla, California.


Andrew is an exceptional DOP and was voted ‘Best Young Camera/Lighting Person’ in 2003 (Broadcast Magazine). With a fantastic eye for detail Andrew has worked for the BBC on the series ‘Horizon’, and also ITV and Channel 4. He has recently worked for clients such as Alfred Dunhill and Audermars Piguet. The short film Andrew worked on called ‘Pretty Things’ made the Raindance Official Selection 2012. Most recent LoveLove Projects include our 'The Love We Had’ Music Video for Joss Stone, which has over 11 million hits online alone and the successful ‘Multiyork Memories’ TV advertising campaign of ‘13/14’.


Alex is a prestigious Tony nominated composer, whose creative and versatile approach has led him to compose for documentaries, feature films and commercials as well as working extensively in theatre, most notably at the National Theatre where he composed the smash hit score for sold out show ‘Earthquakes In London’, working with Olivier award winning director Rupert Goold (Enron, Oliver). In 2013 Alex was nominated for two BAFTA awards and he won a Cannes Silver Lion Award for the score he composed for ‘The Cook’. He has collaborated with ‘The xx’ and the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra and is currently writing music for The Masque of Anarchy showing at Manchester International Festival this year.


Anit is one of our favourite Directors here at LoveLove. Anit is a self confessed film geek who has been obsessing about being a film director since the age of twelve, repeatedly watching Star Wars and E.T. again and again. His first films were made using a HUGE camcorder and starred his most loved action figures. Influenced mainly by cinematic storytelling, his heroes are Scorsese, Spielberg and Kubrick. Anit endeavours to create films with great stories that stir emotions. Most recent LoveLove Projects include our 'The Love We Had’ Music Video for Joss Stone, which has over 11 million hits online alone and the successful ‘Multiyork Memories’ TV advertising campaign of ‘13/14’. Anit is currently developing and set to direct many of our productions at LoveLove.


Marcus was previously a director of Aspin, an Anglo-Australian software company. Marcus has been responsible for a range of multimedia projects for Meridian Broadcasting, Anglia Television, R Twining & Sons, Castle Rock Entertainment, Sky, NTL, Astra SES and designed core business systems for healthcare (NHS, Coloplast, Charter Healthcare), retail (Riverford Organic Vegetables, Crabtree & Evelyn) and distribution (Amscan Inc, Trend Machinery). Marcus has written feature articles with leading names in Film production including Syd Mead (Blade Runner, Aliens), Wil Madoc Rees (concept artist for Fantastic Four, Pirates of the Caribbean) and Josh Hollander Director of 3D at Pixar (Monsters inc, 3D, Finding Nemo 3D). Marcus has been writing, and creating comics/graphic novels, illustrating and storyboarding whilst developing technology businesses over the last ten years. Marcus' company Blue Donut Studios and LoveLove Films work in a collaborative fashion frequently.


Fraser Mullen is a creative and technical self-shooting assistant producer; his experience includes casting, developing and location finding in factual entertainment, documentary and reality television. His credits include ‘The Secret Millionaire’, ‘Wife Swap’, ‘Undercover Princes’, ‘Mary Queen of Shops’ and ‘What to Eat Now’. Working as a researcher has seen Fraser work for the BBC and a new Natural History series. Fraser’s recent work with LoveLove includes 'I Won’t Go' and he is set to work on several of our future factual programs.


Nico, who is currently based between Germany, New York and the UK, is a fabulous multi-award winning steadicam operator. Since graduating from the Bournemouth University Television Production course with first class honours, Nico was awarded the 2005 ITV Meridian Best Drama for his film 'The Flowerman’, starring the Canadian Lisa Ray (Bollywood Hollywood, Water) which he wrote, directed and edited. He has recently directed the quirky award-winning short “The Legend of Clipper Dos Santos” as well as the “Heinz Spec Spot ‘Usual Suspects”, expanding his narrative background into the commercial and music video world. Nico is currently producing the Documentary film ‘A Russian Fairytale’.


Charlie is an exceptional DOP having worked with LoveLove Films on Yes Sir Boss' Music Video 'Not guilty', the Martin & Co corporate videos and the pilot of prospective TV program The House Whisperer.


Hamzah has produced over 10 arabic documentaries in the UK. Working with different clients overseas such as UQU University in Saudi Arabia. Hamzah also directs and manages live event filming, both in the UK and internationally - predominantly in Saudi Arabia. Hamzah is well connected in the arabic video production market.


After graduating from Bournemouth Media School, Lisette now specialises in the area of production and design. She has been involved with feature films such as ‘The Dark Knight’, ‘Street Dance 3D’ and ‘Mad, Sad and Bad’. She has also worked in the art department for Eastenders. Her most recent work involves poster design for the short film ‘Two Skeletons’. She has also worked in the art departments for numerous music videos and idents (TV channel inserts). Her skills include extensive Photoshop work as well as props making, miniatures, DIY, sewing, painting and other general decoration techniques. She worked as Art Director on LoveLove's 'Uptight' Music Video.


Reece is a graduate of the prestigious Television degree at Bournemouth University and Ryerson University of Toronto. Completing dramas, documentaries and short films; Reece specialises in editing and production management. Reece also spends hundreds of hours a year dedicated to charitable organizations such as Oxfam and British Heart Foundation campaigning for notable causes and raising awareness of illnesses and help worldwide. Reece worked on the recent Joss Stone video and documentary ‘I Won’t Go’ for LoveLove, as well as winning an IDM award in Direct & Digital Marketing in 2013. Currently, Reece is working towards a BSc in Psychology from the University of Southampton.


Shaun is a dedicated team member and works with LoveLove on a variety of shoots. A graduate of Falmouth Media school in 2002, Shaun is a qualified and certified Apple Final Cut Pro Editor. Having worked with Bournemouth Media School as a FCP Edit Demonstrator and film kit room specialist, Shaun brings a wealth of experience to the team as a multi-skilled crew member and Editor. Shaun has worked on many corporate videos and music videos including 'Uptight' from upcoming artist Lauren Loretto. More recently Shaun edited 'The House Whisperer'; our upcoming factual series with Zest.


A Creative Make-up and Hair Artist, Rosie has an easy-going attitude as well as range, versatility, professionalism and extreme attention to detail. Rosie previously has extensive experience working as a Make-up expert for Lancome and has recently achieved a Distinction diploma in Media Hair and Make-up at Centre Stage Studio. Centre Stage helped to nurture Rosie’s natural talent and skills, which cover everything from fashion, editorial, photography, special effects, old age, character, period, film, TV and body painting. Rosie's work with LoveLove includes the 'Uptight' music video and most recently 'Top Down Heavy' music video for artist Andy Duerden.


Loretta DeWolff is an award-winning documentary camerawoman. Her Documentaries include: ‘The Last of the Broccoli Pickers’, ‘I Won’t Go’, ‘My Heart Is Almost Dead’, ‘Losing Tom Saving Sam’, ‘D.F.F’, and ‘The Music Man’. Loretta is one of our most talented camerawomen and specializes in 'outdoor adventure filming'. Since Loretta was made to film in a lake in October, she has been known as our documentary wonder woman. Loretta has recently implemented her unique cinematography skills on our stop-motion music video 'Top Heavy Down' for artist Andy Duerden and is currently working as a Production Technician for ITV.


Henry Dalton is one of our most prized team members and has contributed to numerous projects at LoveLove. He wrote, produced and co-edited our award-winning documentary ‘I won’t Go’. After graduating from Bournemouth Media School, he went straight into editing the breakout BBC2 series ‘Wainwright Walks’ and ‘Coast to Coast’, for which he was selected as the youngest recipient of a Broadcast Magazine ‘Hot Shot’ award at the age of 22. He has gone on to become the Editor, Producer, and most recently DV Director of 'James May's Toy Stories', and 'James May's Man Lab', and will be moving on to perform the same duties on Top Gear later in the year (despite not being able to drive and knowing 'bugger all' about cars). Henry also writes and creates popular online comedy sketches and sitcoms with his writing partner Paul Cope under the name 'Cope and Dalton', which have been featured on BBC 1, BBC 3 and Channel 4, including most recently the animated series 'FUTURE DUCK!', about, somewhat unsurprisingly, a duck that comes from the future.


Tristan has a varied background in production, initially working as a director and camera operator on corporate and government training films as well as music videos. In the last four years Tristan has been involved in feature development for first-time film makers by devising and running workshops for the EU's Media programme. Having been a lecturer at the Bournemouth Media School and an Associate of the British Skillset Screen Academy he is now a Programme Director at the new London School of Film Media and Performance at Regent's College, an American University in central London. Tristan is still involved in numerous projects as an Associate Producer and helps oversee LoveLove’s educational programs/projects.


Nick Sawyer started his directing career in the 90s in music videos whilst living in the United States; he worked with the likes of Cypress Hill, Gwen McCrea, Alice in Chains, building up a sizable music video catalogue as a director. During this period Nick paralleled his career as a director with of a director of photography, shooting projects for REM , Diana Ross, Anastasia, Simply Red, Radio Head to name but very few. On returning to the UK in the mid 90s Nick prioritized the development his commercials career and become synonymous with many of the big directing names at that time: Nick Jones, Mike Lipscombe, Roger Lunn, Patricia Murphy, Chris Hartwill and of late has been one of the new wave of 3D (stereoscopic) cinematographers working with Gerald Mc Morrow. In 1994 Nick won the Ernst and Young Cinematographer of the year award for the Lynx commercial Caravan and has since been nominated for several CAD and D&AD awards. Over the past years Nick has gained a reputation as one of the front-runners in the new wave of life style, food, liquids and special effects directors incorporating many of the techniques learnt from his music video days, refined with the quality demanded by the commercials world. His current clients include McDonalds, O2, Philips, KFC.


Ross is a creative filmmaker with an extensive range of experience on a wealth of projects. He worked on the award-winning documentary ‘The Endless Winter’ as a camera operator. He has also worked for LoveLove on the music video for Gabby Young and Other Animals ‘In Your Head’. Ross directed LoveLove's 'Top Heavy Down' music video for Andy Duerden and 2D animated adventure video 'Not Guilty' by Stone'd Records signed artist Yes Sir Boss.
