The Brief
ISEB contacted LoveLove Films and we were tasked with creating an animation that reflected and succinctly detailed their available services. ISEB is probably best known for producing the Common Entrance examinations which boys and girls sit to gain entry to some of the best independent schools in the UK and overseas. The examinations are set by highly qualified and experienced teachers from the country’s leading schools and are widely regarded as the gold standard for assessment at 11+ and 13+.
The Process
LoveLove worked with our in-house writers to develop the script with ISEB. Our in-house animation team’s process involved creating vector artwork in Illustrator, animating in After Effects. Our animation team also spent time curating a visual style that would create an old school chalkboard texture to tie in with the subject matter.
The Result
The video LoveLove Films has created for ISEB effectively highlights the many services ISEB has ?to offer. The video showcases ISEB’s USP’s (unique selling points), e.g. ‘The examinations are set by highly qualified and experienced teachers from the country’s leading schools’ and how ‘in recent years, the Board has added considerably to the range of assessments it offers’. The video balances artistic visuals with a clear and poignant message about the highly innovative approach ISEB take to common entrance examinations.
