LoveLove Films are delighted to announce that our Managing Director, Georgina Hurcombe has made it through to the the Venus Awards semi-finals in two categories!

Georgina, who was named DCCI Businesswoman of the year 2013-14, and  became a UK winner of LinkedIn ‘Are you ready for tomorrow’ VIDEO has been named a semi Finalist for both  the Entrepreneur of the Year and the Digital Media and Online Business category of the Venus Awards.

The entire LoveLove Films team are Delighted to see Georgina recognised for her hard work in pushing the company forwards!

The Venus Awards have been dubbed the “Working Women’s Oscars”, and are dedicated to recognising and encouraging local and national business women.

Georgina attended the semi-finalists announcement on the 12^th of July along with other local businesswomen recognised for their hard work and talent at Mercedes-Benz in Poole.

“I am absolutely thrilled to be through to the semi-finals,” said Georgina, “and it’s brilliant to have an award that supports entrepreneurial women in the local area. It was wonderful to meet so many interesting and inspiring women at the semi-finals event!”

The finalists for the Venus Awards Dorset will be announced on the 2^nd of September, and then the final awards ceremony will take place on the 20^th of October at the Bournemouth International Centre.
